Up With The Sun

This is one of my all time favorite paintings I've done. It's a simple scene and very typical of rural Wyoming. I've tried to capture the same feel a few times without much success, but I know I'll try again before long.

This is one of my favorite snow scenes. I love the bouncing reflected light and the warm color of the grasses against the cool snow colors.
