Sunny Autumn, 9x12, oil

I'll be teaching a workshop tomorrow - and just in time it sounds like. Looking at the weather forecast, it appears we could be getting some snow this week!

I know you must be busy but I wanted to ask you if you still like the virtual art academy. I am thinking of doing it. I am a late blooming oil painter just starting out and somewhat overwhelmed. Any tips about taking the courses at the academy?

Beautiful painting. I can't imagine snow already, brrrr. Guess that is why we live in Texas.

Hello,
I have the same question Dianna asked you before. I am also considering to start a beginnerscourse from the virtual art academy. Would you recommend this course to others?

Thank you!

Hi Jo,

Well, it's only snowed once here - so far.

And La Rosa - I think the Virtual Art Academy is wonderful! It's thorough and involves a lot of practice - which is what makes it so wonderful. You have to do the work to get the benefit, but if you do the work you'll reap the rewards. I highly recommend it.
