Bad Hair Day
We have Pelicans in Wyoming, which I thought was odd when I first moved here. (We also have sea gulls, also odd). I love to watch the Pelicans soar on a draft high in the sky, but this one was waiting for some fish in the river.

I think this pelican is lovely - great surrounding water colors - nice light! I saw pelicans in Yellowstone a few trips ago, they are amazing! We don't have them in Kansas..that I have ever seen.
Oh, wow! Great paintig Ginny. Love the posture of this bird. And your brush strokes as always.
