Sunny Sage, 8x6, oil on Wallis paper

Another beautiful morning. This was done at a friend's house, looking east. Again the Wallis sanded pastel paper really grabs the paint. It even has a shimmer to it, which isn't showing up here, but the grit reflects light and makes it look like pastel. I guess if you put the paint on heavy enough that would go away eventually.
